Firstly, I am so impressed that you've found a creative way to combine your interests in mechanical engineering, movement and teaching. These are also my interests, if you replace mechanical engineering with computer science. I wish you the best of luck.

I was hiking with some friends in August before I met you and we were talking about motion tracking technology. I did some research and it is possible to do motion tracking that reasonably approximates human motion with about 20 sensors connected to a central computer. Each sensor is about $30-$50 at today's prices. However, the software is hard because of the problem of getting rid of error as much as possible.

Anyway, if you'd be interested in a colab I would definitely be game. I'd love a way to combine my interests too :)

Janet,

I'll miss you so much! I feel stronger and saner from my few months of practicing with you, and with our small class at BAC. Barb's right--your class does feel like opening a present, never sure what we're working toward, and then, in that Ah Ha! moment, it all comes together. Thanks for all the self you put into your classes.

We're all so proud of you and happy to have been part of your interesting journey. Good Luck!

Namaste, Wynne
