Forces in yoga
Forces in yoga
I am a yoga student, yoga teacher, engineer, and engineering educator. I continually find surprising connections between the physics and dynamics of yoga and those discussed in engineering. See the Forces in Yoga page for an explanation on how a yoga and body-based approach to teaching engineering has incredible transformative potential. To read more about my yoga background and yoga training, please see the about me page. I will explain and share my ongoing explorations of both engineering and yoga through my blog and the public forum of this website. Please leave comments at the blog so that we can begin a meaningful dialogue!
